Capabilities

Die Making

All the cutting tools required for the production of a job are manufactured inhouse. We use specific software for carton design, together with CNC and rule bending devices to guarantee the quality in the die.

Pre-press

Equipped with the latest Fuji CTP equipment, together with the XMF workflow software, we are able to create and analyse any artwork format, preparing for offset print production. We also have installed a number of proofing systems for QA and colour control.

Printing

We are in a position to manufacture carton packaging in various formats and on a number of substrates. Conventional varnish, being high gloss or silk are applied based on the clients requirements. The press is fully equipped to run under ISO 12647-2 to ensure the best quality and colour control.

Die Cutting

Two large format die cutting machines complement our production capabilities - each die cutter offers accurate print-to-cut registration for the highest quality.

Folding & Gluing

All our folding and gluing machines are equipped with both cold and hot glue systems, offering straight line, press-lock, crashlock gluing and sleeves with full verification control for running cartons at high production speeds. We can also offer clam shell gluing for the take-away sector.
